The effort involves 40 engineers and workers
The southern breakwater, its eastern part and the latter's tip are being built in four parallel and independent processes. The effort is proceeding in accordance with the masterplan and without interrupting navigation in the area.
Hydraulic structures are installed by a crawler crane mounted on scaffolding. The scaffolding also serve as a leader frame to drive shell piles. The pipe pile is driven simultaneously with the installation of leader frames along the piling wall.
Replacement of the cargo port in Cape Tonky with a new modern one with the ability to accept passenger ships.
Building a year-round yacht marina for a minimum of 200 yachts.
Building the Gelendzhik Marina tourism and recreation area: hotels, apartments, restaurants, a yachting school, a yachting club, an aquatic complex with year-round indoor and outdoor seawater pools.
Building a waterfront of 210 metres (or 367 metres with wing walls) long to harbour motor yachts 20 to 100 metres long and sailing yachts 12 to 20 metres long.
